"I am writing about their new location at 1299 Danforth Ave.! I went for the soft open, and picked up the legenday jerk chicken sandwich, a mild beef patty, and some pineapple hot sauce. That sandwich is absolutely one of the best in the city! Highly recommend!"

"Highly Recommend This place is truly amazing, the staff are so friendly. The food is truly amazing, fresh, hot, delicious and the hot sauces they sell are chefs kiss. They have the best beef patties I have tried in a very long time. I also tried the jerk chicken salad with pickled pineapple and it was so so good. Pickled pineapple is amazing The prices are really good and you get a lot of food as well. Very worth it"

"After seeing Tata Hot Sauce Emporium on TO Blog, I made it a point to make my first visit and try not only the Hot Sauces but the Delux Special Beef Patty and Coco bread that was featured. Let me say that I was not disappointed!!! You are greeted with a smile and your order taken right away should you know what your craving. There is no pressure to view the menu board behind the counter to see what would want to try. Your order is prepared fresh and hot with various cold drinks available. There are various hot sauces available to purchase and I chose the Mango and Pinapple sauces and all I can say is they're a must buy!!! The right amount of heat with a fruity flavor that cant be beat!!! From what I have had from Tata Hot Suace Emporium, tbey delivered exceptional customer service and flavorful food that far exceeded my expectations. This is a definate must go to. "The patties, jerk chicken sandwich, super deluxe sandwich and hot sauces are absolutely amazing! We come to Tata’s almost every weekend from Markham for the super deluxe and it is always worth it. The owner is the kindest soul and always greets us no matter how busy it is. If you have not tried this place yet, you must! Highly recommend!"

"I drive from downtown for the super deluxe sandwiches! Order ahead of time, it ranges from 15-40 min. So filling and tasty. Don't forget to buy their award winning hot sauce, love this place and the owners are so friendly. One downside is that by the time I get home, the buns are a little soggy."

"First time at this place and it was AMAZING! Shared their jerk chicken and super deluxe sandwiches. Both full of flavour. The dab of hot sauce was just right. I’ve had coco bread before but not as good as this. Jerk chicken and patty in the super deluxe were very tasty, though now I want to go back to try the patty on its own. Also, had the sandwiches with the soup of the day, which was vegetable. That was also a very hearty soup with lots of good flavour. To top it off, tried Tata’s homemade ginger beer. Much better than the commercial versions that are often overloaded with sugar. This one had a good balance between the heat of the ginger and sweetness of the sugar cane. Love this place. Will definitely go back!"

"A comeback love story, relocated from Scarborough to steps away from Greenwood TTC station. The jerk chicken sandwich was perfectly double wrapped and you can successfully keep your hands clean if you're careful with how you hold it in the wrapper. Beautiful balance of textures and flavours. Super deluxe includes a beef patty which is just amazing but make sure you're hungry! It's massive. Occasionally there are specials, so keep an eye on social media or ask when you go in. I had the jerk chicken rice bowl one day and the rice and peas was incredible (the whole bowl was amazing but I really love rice and peas!). Go in and meet the people behind the magic. You can absolutely taste the love that goes into this place. It is so much more than just food. It is a Vibe. It is a culture. It is a community. Counter service. A couple seats at the storefront bar. You must get the hot sauce for home. Enjoy!"
